Share what is not working. We will be honest about whether we can fix it.

The quickest route to a productive first call is detail. Tell us your monthly ad spend, the channels you run, the metrics you judge success by and where things are falling short. That gives us enough to know whether a conversation is worth both our time.

What to expect

Our first call comes without a sales presentation. We ask about your unit economics and how your tracking is set up, because if either is uncertain nothing else can be judged accurately.

If we look like a good match, we will propose an audit with a clear scope and output. If not, we will tell you directly and, where possible, recommend someone better suited.

What to prepare

Nothing formal is needed. It is useful to know your approximate contribution margin, your monthly ad spend per channel, and the figure your leadership team really cares about. If you are unsure of those, working them out is a valuable first step in itself.

When we are not the right fit

We are not well suited to brand campaigns with no measurable response, to projects where the agency cannot adjust tracking or conversion settings, or to anyone seeking guaranteed rankings or guaranteed acquisition costs. No one can honestly promise those — and in regulated sectors, making such promises would be a problem in its own right.
